Although EB generally deals with high-strength welds, the special requirements of the products may differ significantly. Whatever the application, for many years we have got the know-how.

Applications/Examples

As the electron beam can be controlled extremely accurately, it is an indispensable tool whenever highest-grade welds are required. On first place we may mention avionic and defence applications.

Materials

Materials which are generally considered as not or only difficult to weld can often be welded with the EB. At some of the materials (e.g. Titanium) the process vacuum is essential to ensure the quality.
